Here’s a list of commonly asked questions and answers regarding PPC management.
HOW MUCH DO YOU CHARGE?
$375 per Month for Google Ads Management, $625 Per Month For Google & Bing Ads Management
CAN I MANAGE MY PPC ADVERTISING MYSELF?
Yes, but we recommend that you work on your Google Ads and Bing Ads account on a regular basis (bi-weekly). Because PPC advertising is intricate and evolving, we recommend that at the least, you become familiar with both Google Ads and Bing Ads management best practices.
DO YOU GUARANTEE RESULTS?
We don’t guarantee results (conversions, click-thru rates, quality scores, etc). There are simply too many variables, and we don’t (in most cases) control your website, landing page or business offerings.
We do guarantee that we know Google Ads and Bing Ads management very well and that your campaigns will be professionally set up and managed based on relevance, search volume, and best practices.
GOOGLE AND BING WILL SETUP MY ACCOUNT FOR FREE?
Often Google & Bing will offer to set up your PPC campaigns for free. Often this service is provided by interns, who are not that experienced with PPC advertising. Many times, the setups are minimal and not managed on a regular basis. The ongoing management service is limited and overall, we have not been impressed with the free services they provide.
WHAT DOES YOUR SERVICE INCLUDE?
We set up and manage client’s PPC advertising based on relevance, search volume, and industry best practices. Our services include keyword research, campaign and ad group setup, writing ads, adding relevant keywords, adding negative keywords, and ensuring that your campaign and settings are set up for maximum results.
Once your campaigns are set up and running, we will initially make more adjustments to your campaigns, and then put your account into a workflow schedule (in most cases, we manage client’s accounts bi-weekly.)
WHAT IF I WANT TO CANCEL YOUR SERVICE?
Just let us know, and we’ll cancel your service and unlink your account from our management account. Our service is month to month, and we ask that you notify us at least 5 days before your service renews.
WHAT IS YOUR SETUP FEE?
There is a $250 setup fee.
WHAT OTHER SERVICES DO YOU OFFER?
We offer landing page design, web design, SEO (search engine optimization), business listing optimization, and more.
WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR SERVICE?
Our packages are for Google Ads and Bing Ads management. Costs for landing page design, web site design, SEO, and other services are optional and are not included in our packages.
WHO OWNS MY ACCOUNT?
You own the account (Google Ads / Bing Ads) and keep all the work we do. Everything is transparent and we work thru a link to your accounts.
WHO WILL BE MANAGING YOUR ACCOUNT?
Steve Pitt is the owner of our company and personally does all of our client’s Google Ads and Bing Ads management. Since 2010, Steve has specialized in effective, affordable PPC management. Steve is certified in Google Ads and Bing Ads management, and is the author of the book “Google AdWords: Better Results In 30 Days”.
Your account is professionally managed by a knowledgeable, experienced professional. You get personal, responsive service.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICE SO CHEAP?
WHY ARE YOUR PRICES SO EXPENSIVE?
We think our prices are very competitive. We don’t outsource our work and we’re based in the United States. We’re probably not the cheapest, but we offer high-quality value at competitive prices.
WHY SHOULD WE USE YOUR SERVICE?
We provide high-quality PPC management (pay per click management) at affordable prices, with no setup or cancellation fees. There are no long-term contracts, you keep the work and your account is managed by an experienced, knowledgeable professional.
AM I LOCKED INTO A CONTRACT?
Our PPC management programs are on a month to month basis, with no long term contacts. We ask that you give us an initial 3 month commitment, but we don’t hold any of our clients to that. So, it’s basically a month to month agreement that auto renews until you (or we) cancel your service.
CAN YOUR PROVIDE REFERENCES?
We have lots of happy clients that have provided us with great testimonials. You can see them on our website.
If all that is not sufficient, let us know. We can contact our clients and see who is willing to chat with you about our service. Note: most of our clients are busy running their business, thus the reason we don’t readily hand out references.
DO YOU SPECIALIZE IN MY INDUSTRY?
We don’t specialize in any specific industry or sector. Over the years, we’ve worked with a wide variety of businesses, from service-based to e-commerce based.
Our focus is on understanding your business and your advertising goals and utilizing our knowledge of PPC advertising, implementing best practices to help you get the best results.
SHOULD I BE DOING PPC OR SEO?
Some of that depends on your budget and goals. In most cases, it’s a good idea to do paid advertising (PPC) as well as SEO (optimize your site for organic results).
PPC (Google Ads and Bing Ads) offers the advantage of fast, measurable results and being able to get your site on the first page of search results.
SEO gives your site the advantage of potential free traffic to your site and qualified users. To optimize your site, it typically takes a few months to see results.
WHAT IF I'M UNHAPPY WITH YOUR SERVICE?
We really want you to be happy with our service and your results. If you’re not happy, please call us to discuss. We’ll do everything we can to ensure your satisfaction. If you’re still not happy, we’ll gladly cancel your service. There is no refund policy for our work except for new accounts.
For new accounts, we guarantee the quality of our work (setup and management). If after 14 days of starting your service, you are unhappy with the quality of our work, we will cancel your service, delete the work we’ve done, and refund your money for management services.
WHAT IS PPC?
PPC means pay per click advertising. You bid on keywords and pay each time a user does a search, clicks on your ad, and goes to your web site. You can (or we do) set a maximum cost per click and a daily budget. All of this is flexible and can be adjusted.
WHAT KIND OF REPORTING DO YOU PROVIDE?
We send you comprehensive reports at the end of each 30-day cycle, including campaign reports, ad group reports, keywords reports, and a change history report, which documents all the work done on your account.
We’re also happy to schedule an account review with you, answer questions, strategize and make any changes you’d like.
WHAT'S YOUR ON-BOARDING PROCESS?
We try to get new client’s accounts set up on the same day, but if not, within 24-48 hours, depending upon logistics. Sometimes we can work from your existing account/campaigns, and other times, we need to do a new campaign setup.
We would first want to talk with you about your business, your advertising goals, etc. We send you a simple, straightforward agreement and once we receive your completed management agreement, we put you in the schedule to work on your initial setup.
Once the initial setup is complete, we will charge your credit card for the first month of service, email you a receipt and begin to monitor your account and make strategic adjustments.
WHITE LABEL PPC MANAGEMENT?
Our white label PPC management is for digital agencies and advertising agencies that serve their clients.
WHO PAYS FOR THE COST OF MY ADVERTISING?
You pay Google and Bing for any advertising costs. We are NOT responsible in any way for your daily budget or advertising costs. You pay us for our time and expertise to set up and manage your PPC advertising.
WHY ARE YOUR PRICE SO CHEAP?
We keep our overhead low and pass on the savings to our clients. Because we are a boutique agency, we’re able to offer personal, responsive service at very competitive prices.
